Fig Tree Catering / The Fermented Fig was founded by Kim Thomas, a classically trained chef with over 25 years of experience in the food industry and a passion for creating memorable, stress-free events. From full-service catering to her newest venture—a vibrant mobile bar housed in a vintage trailer—Kim brings a laid-back, customer-focused approach to every event. Known for bold flavors, creative presentation, and a “handle-it-all” attitude, Fig Tree makes hosting easy. Whether it’s a wedding, corporate event, or celebration of any kind, Kim’s team takes care of the food, drink service (BYOB-style), and cleanup so clients can focus on enjoying the moment. Fig Tree Catering was absolutely wonderful to work with for our 80(ish) person wedding! The food was amazingly delicious.
